For a Better Tomorrow

How dim is mankind!
We don't realize the blessings of Allah until they slip from our grip
We dedicate more importance to our wishes and desires
Always asking for what we want and miss some of the greatest blessings that have been effortlessly granted to us
Is mankind ungrateful and selfish by nature?
Are we never satisfied with what we have?
"So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?" (Surah Ar-Rahman)
Lets open our eyes to the creation of Allah
Why do we always run after materialistic entities?
Lets take a minute of our lives to sow a seed
Lets take a minute of our lives to pamper an animal
Lets take a minute of our lives to serve our parents
Lets take a minute of our lives to ease the oldsters
By the Will of Allah, this can be our ticket to Jannah!
"There is reward for kindness to every living thing" (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

Reflection

There were days when I prayed and there were days when I missed my prayers
In both days there were trials, difficulties and sorrows
But the only difference is the conviction!
The courage and strength to encounter problems
This I did not experience in days when I did not pray
How long will you run away from your Maker?
How long will you turn away from Allah?
When your sole destination is Allah Himself
Wake up and smell the sweetness of Salah
Go to Allah now!
